I ordered a custom necklace and it turned out REALLY pretty. The site was easy to use overall, but I do wish the preview had been a little clearer before ordering. Still happy with how it came out!

I had a easy time shopping on Melanie Auld. The photos were nice and clear, and I could find the sizes and little details without having to dig around too much. Checkout was smooth enough too, and I got the confirmation basically right away. No real issues or anything.

My order got here really fast, even earlier than I thought it would. I was ready to keep checking the tracking, but that ended up being unnecessary since it showed up so quickly.

I got a necklace from melanieauld.com for my sister’s birthday, i’m probably a little biased because I really like simple jewelry that still feels thoughtful. The packaging was really nice and made it super easy to wrap, which I appreciated since I’m not the best at making gifts look cute. My sister loved the style and said it felt personal without being too dressy or over the top.
I’m taking off one star because the delivery was a bit slower than I expected, and I definitely had that little panic of wondering if it would show up in time. It did work out in the end though, and I’d still say it’s a solid place to shop if you’re looking for a nice gift.

They got back to me after a few days and did help me in the end, but it felt a bit sloww. Not terrible or anything, just not super quick.

I liked the jewelry I ordered from Melanie Auld, and it showed up looking nice and in good condition. I was a little embarrassed after telling a friend what I paid, though, because for the price I expected it to feel a bit more special. It’s definitely not bad, and I do think the pieces are pretty, but I’m not totally sure the value is there for me. I’d probably buy again if there was a sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price next time.

I was actually really excited when this arrived because the necklace itself is and looks nice on. But then I saw the box and my mood dropped a bit. It was crushed and looked kind of cheap, which was disappointing for the price. I’m happy with the necklace, but the presentation definitely made the whole thing feel less special.

Half the time you’re guessing, reading reviews, measuring yourself, and still somehow ending up with something weird. But this one was actually right on. No exchange, no hassle, no annoying return process. Just put it on and it fit. Happy with it overall...

I really liked the look of it when I first got it, so I wore it normally for a bit. After that, I started noticing scratches way sooner than I expected. It still has a nice style, but based on my experience, the material just doesn’t seem to hold up well to everyday wear.

I ordered a necklace it’s really nice. It has a solid feel to it and doesn’t come across as cheap at all. I’ve worn it quite a bit already, and the finish still looks good, which is what you’d hope for with a piece like this. Overall, I’m happy with it

I gave 4 stars because some of the items are kinda expensive for me, but the style is really lovely. I’d probably buy again if I find the right piece.

Maybe I’m just being impatient, but the return took longer to get sorted out than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything, just more annoying than I thought it would be.
